I was watching T.V. and saw a woman who had lost more than half her weight. One of the things she did was substitute baked sweet potato fries for the french fries she normally ate! Here is my try....
peel and slice sweet potatoes
Put in a bowl and drizzle with oil ( I used olive oil)
Bake for 15 min, turn over.
Bake for 10-15 more minutes.
I like my sweet so I sprinkled with brown sugar before I ate them! My sister prefers hers with a little salt.
